Design Of Production Plant
- To discuss & understand the process & capacity requirement with client & prepare PFD & P&ID of the process accordingly.
- Selection of process equipments i.e. define the capacity, MOC, type & quantity of equipments based upon process. To prepare technical specification of the process equipments for procurement.
- Design the conceptual layout plan of plant by incorporating the equipments in the plant to fulfill the process requirement.
- Design the plant to comply with cGMP, WHO & USFDA guidelines by incorporating the required facilities in the plant to control the contamination & cross contamination of the product throughout operation of the plant.
- Design the plant by addressing operation, maintenance ,process ,safety & environment issues of plant appropriately.
- Selection of auxiliaries of the production plant to support the operation of the plant equipments & system.
- Structural design of the plant as per the equipment load.
- GAD of plant equipments as per process flow in 3D view.
- Utility & Process Piping of plant in 3D view.
- Isometric drawing of utility & process piping with BOQ & specification.
- Design of HVAC system of the plant as per the required class of air cleanliness & pressure gradient by optimizing the operation cost.
- To derive electrical load of plant & provide details for design of MCC panel.
- To provide electrical details of the plant i.e. cable schedule, light fixture, earthing detail, cable tray etc with specification & BOQ.
- To provide detail working drawings for civil work , partition ,door & window schedule, floor & wall finish of the plant.
- Drainage system of the plant with disposal plan.
- RCP of entire plant incorporating the location of light fixtures, filters, grills & diffusers etc.
- Architectural Elevation of the plant in 3D view.
